Membership

P.A.A.W.S. is not currently open for new membership. You do not have to be Asian to be a member of P.A.A.W.S. We encourage and welcome women of all backgrounds to participate! Become involved. Come out and meet us.

As stated in Article III of our constitution:

Section 1
Membership in P.A.A.W.S. is open to all Asian-American women on campus.

Section 2
Membership in P.A.A.W.S. is open to any women interested in promoting Asian awareness and contributing to the Asian-American community at the campus of Florida State University.

Section 4
Applicants for membership will submit a completed application to the Secretary by the published deadline. Applicants will go through a membership process that will be outlined by a committee, as the Chairwoman deems necessary.

Section 5
Members of P.A.A.W.S. must have and maintain an overall 2.5 grade point average at Florida State University.
